Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLXIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,916 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLXIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVA1A, CP, and CEBPB. Each is linked with MLXIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLXIP versus EVA1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
