MLXIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLXIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P2, MIR4716, and AMD1P2. Each is linked with MLXIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P2 grouped by MLXIP-low versus MLXIP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
