The most reproducible MLXIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Endosomal transport, and Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. Each is linked with MLXIP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIP results are reported.
