MLXIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLXIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, C2orf73, and GID4. Each is linked with MLXIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by MLXIP-low versus MLXIP-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
