Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B3, TCP11X1, and BVES. Each is linked with MLPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLPH-to-partner and partner-to-MLPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B3 grouped by MLPH-low versus MLPH-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
