MLLT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMID1, RNU4-16P, and MIR454. Each is linked with MLLT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT3-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EMID1 grouped by MLLT3-low versus MLLT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
