MLLT10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,360 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF40, EP400_S975, and NUDT5. Each is linked with MLLT10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT10-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10 versus RNF40 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
