MLLT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLLT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP, UPF1, and RANBP3. Each is linked with MLLT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT1-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT1 versus KHSRP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
