Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MLLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOD2, METTL4, and HAMP. Each is linked with MLLT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLLT1-to-partner and partner-to-MLLT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLLT1 versus NOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
