MLKL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,103 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLKL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRLF3, DEF6, and GBP4. Each is linked with MLKL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLKL-to-partner and partner-to-MLKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLKL versus CRLF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
