MLKL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLKL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,489 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCERG1L-AS1, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with MLKL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLKL-to-partner and partner-to-MLKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1L-AS1 grouped by MLKL-low versus MLKL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
