MLF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, SNORD82, and MIR4673. Each is linked with MLF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF2-to-partner and partner-to-MLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by MLF2-low versus MLF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
