MLF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RN7SKP86, and RNU6-1228P. Each is linked with MLF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLF1-to-partner and partner-to-MLF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by MLF1-low versus MLF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
