MKX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,260 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRTAC1, MFGE8_S42, and APOH. Each is linked with MKX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKX-to-partner and partner-to-MKX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKX versus CRTAC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
