Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKX-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,059 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKX-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Outflow tract morphogenesis, Non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with MKX-AS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKX-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MKX-AS1 results are reported.
