Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,906 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKRN9P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle assembly, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MKRN9P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN9P-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN9P results are reported.
