Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MKRN7P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MKRN7P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MKRN7P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, MKRN7P RNA expression shows 14,977 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight UVM, UCEC, and THYM as cancer lineages where MKRN7P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
