Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MKRN4P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MKRN4P expression is associated with patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MKRN4P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, MKRN4P RNA expression shows 10,688 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight READ, HNSC, and THYM as cancer lineages where MKRN4P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
