MKRN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 904 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPO, TRMU, and EHD4. Each is linked with MKRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN3-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKRN3 versus TSPO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
