MKRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Annexin-1, and MEK1. Each is linked with MKRN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN3-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MKRN3-low versus MKRN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
