Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKRN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,027 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA catabolic process, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and RISC complex assembly. Each is linked with MKRN3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN3-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN3 results are reported.
