MKRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO40, OR11H6, and SLC13A2. Each is linked with MKRN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN3-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO40 grouped by MKRN3-low versus MKRN3-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
