MKRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIV-44-1, RN7SL847P, and RNU6ATAC9P. Each is linked with MKRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKRN2-to-partner and partner-to-MKRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIV-44-1 grouped by MKRN2-low versus MKRN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
