MKLN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HILPDA, PUS7, and NUP205. Each is linked with MKLN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKLN1-to-partner and partner-to-MKLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKLN1 versus HILPDA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
