MKKS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKKS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,720 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKKS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRN2, TRMT6, and NSFL1C. Each is linked with MKKS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKKS-to-partner and partner-to-MKKS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKKS versus XRN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKKS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKKS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
