Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKI67 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,999 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKI67-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, CENPI, and MCM4. Each is linked with MKI67 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKI67-to-partner and partner-to-MKI67 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKI67 versus CDKN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKI67→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKI67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
