Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKI67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKI67-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear chromosome segregation, Sister chromatid segregation, and Negative regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with MKI67 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKI67-to-partner and partner-to-MKI67 results are reported.
