MKI67

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKI67 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,922 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKI67-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCHS1, CHD8, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with MKI67 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKI67-to-partner and partner-to-MKI67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCHS1 grouped by MKI67-low versus MKI67-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKI67→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKI67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
