MISP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MISP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,681 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MISP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MISP3_S91, CC2D1A, and MISP3_S18. Each is linked with MISP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MISP3-to-partner and partner-to-MISP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MISP3 versus MISP3_S91 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MISP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MISP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
