Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MISP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MISP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF483, ARHGEF10, and GLE1. Each is linked with MISP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MISP-to-partner and partner-to-MISP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF483 grouped by MISP-low versus MISP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MISP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MISP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
