Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIRLET7G RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIRLET7G data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher MIRLET7G RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIRLET7G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LAML show a favorable association.

PAAD, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where MIRLET7G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
