Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIRLET7A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIRLET7A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL140P, OR6K6, and RNA5SP50. Each is linked with MIRLET7A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIRLET7A1-to-partner and partner-to-MIRLET7A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIRLET7A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIRLET7A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
