MIR99AHG

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR99AHG RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR99AHG data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR99AHG RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR99AHG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

HNSC, BLCA, and UCS are the cancer types where MIR99AHG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
