MIR98

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR98 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,626 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR98-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRF1, RBM26, and PKN3_S548. Each is linked with MIR98 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR98-to-partner and partner-to-MIR98 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 versus NRF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR98→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR98) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
