Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR892C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,246 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR892C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly, Response to purine-containing compound, and Negative regulation of establishment of protein localization. Each is linked with MIR892C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR892C-to-partner and partner-to-MIR892C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly grouped by MIR892C-low versus MIR892C-high in STAD.
