Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR892C RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR892C data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR892C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR892C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, STAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where MIR892C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
