MIR7-3HG

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR7-3HG RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR7-3HG data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR7-3HG RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR7-3HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and ACC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where MIR7-3HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
