Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR7-3HG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR7-3HG data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher MIR7-3HG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR7-3HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and UCEC are the cancer types where MIR7-3HG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
