MIR676

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR676 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,218 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR676-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDA, MIR625, and MIR4288. Each is linked with MIR676 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR676-to-partner and partner-to-MIR676 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR676→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR676) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
