Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6729 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 696 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6729-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glutamine transport, Positive regulation of DNA catabolic process, and Pyrimidine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MIR6729 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6729-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6729 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glutamine transport grouped by MIR6729-low versus MIR6729-high in LAML.
