Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6729 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6729 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher MIR6729 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6729 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where MIR6729 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
