MIR6722

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6722 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,091 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR6722-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN6, LCN10, and MIR8089. Each is linked with MIR6722 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6722-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6722 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR6722 versus LCN6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR6722→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR6722) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
