Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL842P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL842P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL842P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RN7SL842P RNA expression shows 7,967 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight LUSC, THCA, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RN7SL842P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
