MIR670HG

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR670HG RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR670HG data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR670HG RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR670HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and SARC show a favorable association.

CESC, BLCA, and UVM are the cancer types where MIR670HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
