Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR656 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,795 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR656-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with MIR656 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR656-to-partner and partner-to-MIR656 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
