Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR6508 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,774 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR6508-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with MIR6508 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR6508-to-partner and partner-to-MIR6508 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly grouped by MIR6508-low versus MIR6508-high in STAD.
