Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR6508 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR6508 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MIR6508 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR6508 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

CHOL, MESO, and UCS are the cancer types where MIR6508 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
