The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher MIR646HG RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR646HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THYM show a favorable association.
LGG, KICH, and LUAD are the cancer types where MIR646HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
