MIR620

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR620 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,966 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR620-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-711P, MTND6P32, and HSPE1P28. Each is linked with MIR620 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR620-to-partner and partner-to-MIR620 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR620→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR620) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
