Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR620 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR620 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MIR620 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR620 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, ESCA, and THCA are the cancer types where MIR620 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
